Building integrated photovoltaic solutions developer Onyx Solar is setting up a new facility with 8,000 square meters in the industrial district of Vicolozano in Avila, Spain. The new facility’s cutting edge technology and machinery will allow Onyx Solar to increase its production space up to 140,000 square meters, it reports. Onyx Solar will hire 60 additional employees, who will join the 40 existing staff members.
The relocation of the manufacturing facility in Ávila, where Onyx Solar headquarters is located, reinforces the strategy of Onyx Solar in promoting growth and wealth of the region where it was founded.
