Moseley, 69, is chairman of Sasquatch Books Inc. of Seattle and was previously chairman of Simpson Paper Co. and president of Simpson Investment Co., according to the company“s annual report in February 2004. Toledo, Ohio-based Owens Corning has been under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection since 5 October 2000, after filing to address USD 16 billion in asbestos liabilities.
