Pentagon Protection Plc has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of International Glass Solutions LLC, from Pentagon“s chairman, Haytham ElZayn. The acquisition, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be paid by the issue of shares in the Group and is linked to the sustained profitability of the acquired business. Valuation is based on five times the average annualized profits of International Glass over the two years following the acquisition. Consideration is capped at GBP 1 million.
