Pilkington Bauglasindustrie to exhibit at Glasstec 2022

The NSG Group team at Glasstec is looking forward to meeting all customers and visitors who would like to know more about its glass range

Pilkington Bauglasindustrie, a part of NSG Group, will be exhibiting its latest innovations at the world’s leading glass trade fair, Glasstec 2022, in Düsseldorf, Germany, 20–23 September.

Visitors to the glass technology live exhibition in Hall 11 will be able to explore the latest Pilkington Profilit™ system and product developments focused on creating glass with excellent energy and safety performance for a range of building projects, whatever their particular challenges and budget.

Pilkington Profilit™ is increasingly being used in modern design-focused architecture to provide natural daylight and to contribute to the visual design. Its main application is in exterior façades and interior glazing.

Examples of possible product variations include extra clear low iron channel glass, online coated functional glass, thermally toughened and heat-soaked profiled safety glass as well as design products like sandblasted Pilkington Profilit™ Opal or profiled glass, which is processed with ceramic pigments such as Pilkington Profilit™ T Color Design.

Another new product development is a variation of the system Pilkington Profilit™ “2 plus one” as bullet-resistant glazing. Apart from excellent heat insulation, solar control and noise control characteristics, this setup also offers further improved safety features.

The sandblasted channel glass on low iron substrate Pilkington Profilit™ OW Opal will be presented at the main booth of the NSG Group in the reception desk front side.

Visit NSG Group the glass technology live exhibition in Hall 11 and at the NSG Group booth in Hall 10, Stand D37.
