Pilkington Mirropane™ Chrome is manufactured with magnetron sputtering technology.
Durability and safety for large mirrored surfaces
Pilkington Mirropane™ Chrome, can be easily processed in toughened or laminated safety glass or bent with current techniques used in glassmaking. This is particularly important to ensure the safety in the installations in public areas (gyms, swimming pools, dance halls, etc).
The easy transformation of the glass increases the possibility of interior design applications. For example, it can be sandblasted, acid etched to obtain a satin effect, while logos or other individual design elements can be applied for a customized space.
