The venture capital fund, Polish Enterprise Fund L.P. has announced a public call for 1,327,150 ordinary bearer A and C series shares of the Polish glass producer Krosno SA, according to a report from the brokerage house CDM Pekao SA, which is handling the transaction. The Polish Enterprise Fund L.P. is offering Zl 31 per share, while the nominal value of the shares amounts to Zl 5. The Fund intends to increase its holdings to 1,657,754 shares of Krosno SA through the public call. Currently the fund owns 330,604 shares of the glass producer. Offers will be received between 20 September and 8 October.
