Production modes of LandGlass B-type bending glass tempering furnace

Advice for the LandGlass B-type bending glass tempering furnace

The production modes of LandGlass‘ B-type bending glass tempering furnace are:

  1. Single-station production mode
In this mode, the glass tempering furnace only heats one batch of glass within a particular time period. This mode is ideal for processing large pieces of glass that generally have an arc length between 1,200 and 3,600 millimetres and straight edge length between 2,400 and 3,300 millimetres. It is often used in the processing of curved glass for building construction.
  2. Multi-station production mode
In this mode, the glass tempering machine can heat 2 to 4 batches of glass in the same time period, suitable for processing glass of moderate size: The arc length is generally between 800 and 1,000 millimetres and straight edge length between 2,000 and 2,400 millimetres. The output of this kind is between that of single-station production mode and continuous production mode. This mode is mostly used in the processing of shower glass.
  3. Continuous production mode
In this mode, glass panels are continuously fed into the glass tempering machine to complete the heating process, and then the bending and tempering processes. This mode is ideal for processing glass of smaller size and less thickness: the arc length is generally between 800 and 1,000 millimetres, straight edge length between 1,200 and 1,500 millimetres, and thickness between 3.2 and 6 millimetres. This series of glass tempering provides the largest production output among the three modes, often used in processing of glass for auto side windows and home appliances.

Customers can choose different LandGlass B-type bending glass tempering furnaces with the appropriate output capacity and applicability according to their needs.
