Austrian refractory materials maker Radex-Heraklith (RHI) has said it plans to increase its dividend payment on 2000 results. The 1999 figure of Sch 8 was half that of the dividend payout in 1998. “There is scope for an increase in dividend,” said RHI chief executive Georg Obermeier. He did not, however, specify whether the payout would be restored to 1998 levels. Operating profit was expected to more than double to Euro 130-145 million from a 1999 figure of Euro 52.4 million.
