After months of unstable production flow caused by the dramatic health situation, RCN Solutions has completed the constructions of one CT900 chemical tempering plant – size 2000x1000mm – for a Swiss customer, a leading company in the automotive industry, serving major international companies and requiring excellence in their machinery.
The plant will be installed at a sister company in Germany where they project to run production for a new, smart technology.
RCN is proud because in these hard times they have struggled against “strong winds” to respect the delivery time required by the customer who needs the machine delivered and installed by the end of July.
The careful production planning, along with the work commitment of the RCN personnel, fulfilled the required delivery terms increasing RCN’s reliability as a qualified supplier.
It is not an easy job to approach and draw the attention of multinational corporations, but the professional efforts to listen, to propose and find technical customized solutions of the company have been rewarded.
CT900 is a chemical tempering plant especially suitable for automotive, architectural glass, the aircraft and naval industry, display glass, bulletproof glass and fire protection doors.
