RiteScreen buys Florida Screen Enterprises

The RiteScreen Company has successfully completed the acquisition of one of its competitors.

Randy Iles, CEO, announced the company has acquired Florida Screen Enterprises of Opa-locka, Florida. The announcement was made jointly with Jeffrey Ogron, president of Florida Screen.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Florida Screen team to the RiteScreen family,” Ilse said. “Our strategy is to grow by providing outstanding screen solutions for our window and door manufacturing customers. Florida Screen provides us a well-established base in one of the fastest growing window and door markets in the United States.”
As a result, RiteScreen plans to build on that base to provide new screen out-sourcing options to manufacturers in the Southeast, while continuing to expand the product portfolio of screen components.
“Over the past several months I have been actively working on new ownership for Florida Screen Enterprises,” Ogron says. “Important in that search was to find a potential buyer who shared our commitment to satisfying customers we have been serving since 1972, and who valued the contributions of our team.”
With this acquisition RiteScreen will now serve customers through seven plant locations across the United States.
