Russian glass container manufacturer RusGlass is reportedly expected to launch the first stage of a glass plant in the Omsk Region at the beginning of 2010. The project involves investments in excess of RUB 5.5 billion, while a total of over RUB 3.5 billion have already been spent on the plant“s construction, which is expected to have an annual production of up to 700 million units of glassware.
