The governor of the province of Tula, Vyacheslav Dudka took part in the ceremonial opening of Aleksinskoye Steklo glass plant, an enterprise which forms the basis of the second regional economic cluster. Glass production is a new departure for the Tula province. Mr. Dudka said it has become possible thanks to the successful implementation of a public-private partnership strategy.
