According to research data, imports of non-reinforced glass with thickness from 3.5 to 4.5mm increased by more than 40% compared to 2010, and had a market capacity of USD 12 million.
In the third quarter, imports of glass involved more than 109 domestic companies. Leading trading partner of Russia in the third quarter of 2011 was the Ukraine, with a more than 44% market share.
