Safelite AutoGlass® has opened a new store in Irvine, providing customers of the Southern Californian area with same-day or next-day, in-shop service, also increasing accessibility to parts.
Safelite AutoGlass® has opened a new store to better serve southern Orange County customers with same-day or next-day, in-shop service, also increasing accessibility to parts.
“We look forward to continuing to serve southern Orange County residents for all their vehicle glass repair and replacement needs,” Roger Stelmach, store manager, said. “Few people think about auto glass until they have serious damage. Small chips or cracks can easily and effectively be filled to restore the windshield’s original structural integrity and prevent further damage. It can be a safe and economical alternative to a full windshield replacement. It only takes about a half hour, and service is available in-shop or at your home/place of business.”
The addition of this Irvine store is part of Safelite’s plan to expand and improve service throughout southern California. Since 2009, Safelite® has developed a number of initiatives to provide unrivalled customer service, technical quality, and same-day service for southern California customers.
Safelite AutoGlass®, founded in 1947, is the nation’s leading provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement service, providing mobile service to more than 95% of the US population in all 50 states. The Columbus, Ohio-based company employs almost 10,000 people across the US and served 4.4 million customers in 2011.
