French glass and building materials group Saint-Gobain plans to raise EUR 200 million through a capital increase reserved for its employees. The group aims to issue 1.5 million new shares at a unit price of EUR 133, representing 1.73% of its current capital. The offer is open from 5 February to 4 May. The board has stated that if there is sufficient demand, a maximum of 4 million shares could be issued representing 4.48% of capital. This would raise EUR 532 million.
