Float glass manufacturer Saint Gobain India Director of Operations S N Eisenhower has been elected as the Chairman, Tamil Nadu, Confederation of Indian Industry, for 2015-16.
Eisenhower, who was the Vice-Chairman, CII-Tamil Nadu council in 2014-15, was formally elected at a recently-held meeting.
He had served the trade body as Chairman, Chennai zone in 2012-13.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of Indian subsidiary of Spain-based wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa, Ramesh Kymal was elected as Vice-Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu council, also for the period 2015-16.
Kymal also serves CII as Chairman of the Energy and Sustainability Sub-Committee, CII Southern Region.
He is currently also the Chairman of the Renewable Energy Council of CII Godrej Green Business Centre.
