Saint-Gobain Italia certified as Top Employer for the fourth time

Saint-Gobain in Italy has been certified by the Top Employers Institute for the fourth consecutive year.

Top Employers Institute, which certifies the excellence of work conditions of employees at companies around the world, has certified Saint-Gobain Italia for the fourth consecutive year.
Top Employers Institute certifies the best global companies in terms of HR – offering the best working conditions, and which train and develop the skills of its employees at each and every level, and which also work constantly to improve and optimize their Best Practices with regards to Human Resources.
Companies selected to take part in Top Employers undergo a rigid and in-depth research process – HR Best Practices Survey – and must reach the high standards requested.
In fact, during company audits, the working environment at Saint-Gobain in Italy were carefully checked, enabling the company to be among a selected group of certified companies.
