Hungarian autoglass company Salgglas Uvegipar has been sold to CEE Industrial Holdings by private equity fund the Riverside Company for four times the price it paid for the company in 1997, business daily Napi Gazdasag reported on 25 January 2007. Salgglas“s annual revenue has more than tripled since its purchase by the Riverside Central Europe Fund. The Riverside Central Europe Fund invests in SMEs in the CEE region.
