Satinal introduces Stratoâ„¢ the first Italian-made EVA-based interlayer at glasstec

The Satinal Group will be at glasstec with Stratoâ„¢

At this year’s glasstec, Satinal will be introducing the new brand Strato™, a line of EVA-based interlayers produced for the first time in Italy.

The Satinal Group confirms its aim of growth and innovation: this year at glasstec (stand E61 Hall 16), it presents the new brand Strato™, a line of EVA-based interlayers produced for the first time in Italy in Satinal’s manufacturing plant.
The use of Stratoâ„¢ film is, indeed, a sensitive process that requires precise temperatures and cycle times: for this reason, the quality controls carried out in the company allow the material to reach perfect adhesion with the glass surface. The knowledge of this EVA-based material represents the key factor to understand all its potential applications and advantages. In fact, being a cross-linking material, Stratoâ„¢ can be used for laminating safety glass for both architectural and interior design applications without running the risk of de-lamination.
Stratoâ„¢ is a versatile EVA film which can be used in different applications: in the interior design field, the insertion of coloured films or other materials such as textiles, wire meshes, marble etc. The assembly of Stratoâ„¢ and glass allows to achieve chromatic and decorative effects with surprising and aesthetic results, always in line with the trends of the moment.
In the architectural industry, especially for the production of balustrades, stairs and shelters, the use of Stratoâ„¢ is synonym of security.
Stratoâ„¢ is a safe interlayer: in case of glass breakage, it avoids dangerous glass splinters that could cause injury to people.
At Satinal’s stand at glasstec visitors will have the opportunity to see all the finishings and colours of this new line of interlayers made in Italy.
Together with Stratoâ„¢ there will be also TK srl, a company belonging to the Satinal Group, specialized in the design and construction of furnaces and kilns for lamination, tempering, chemical tempering and heat soaking of glass.
Visitors will have the opportunity to enter into a real glass laminating furnace, the Lamijet Convection 25/50, in order to discover its characteristics.
With Stratoâ„¢, TK srl and Satinal Spa, the Satinal Group satisfies the demands of glass processing professionals worldwide.
Tk and Stratoâ„¢ will be at glasstec at Stand E61 in Hall 16.
