Scheuten presents its completely renewed website

For over 60 years, Scheuten has been focused on developing and producing high quality glass products

Scheuten Glass has a fully-renewed website with almost 1,000 pages, with more news, projects, videos and background information, as well as a number of new and interesting tools.

Scheuten Glass presents its fully-renewed website. With almost 1,000 pages, the new website has been elaborated considerably, offering visitors more information about glass and Scheuten. With more news, projects, videos and background information, which are presented in a more structured way according to application and industry and are therefore accessible more easily. A number of new and interesting tools have been added, such as the handy calculation tools for savings and payback times when replacing window glass for isolation purposes. Finally, the new website has been upgraded graphically, with more photos and movies and has also been improved technically. It is now responsive, therefore easily accessible with smartphones and tablets, and offers more opportunities for social media and SEO applications.
Raymond Poulssen, Marketing Manager at Scheuten, states: “We received positive feedback on our previous website on a regular basis, but nevertheless saw a lot of potential for both technical and communicative improvements. The stronger Scheuten repositioning (including our new Scheuten Projects division) and the enhanced use of social media made the previous website more and more a bottleneck in our communication strategy. With this completely renewed website (even the CMS is new) we can get ahead in the coming years, even when a website never really is finished. There are already a number of extensions in the planning to offer our visitors online even more.”
Scheuten belongs to the top five independent glass companies in Europe and has been supporting its customers since 1950 with a wide range of high-quality glass products and in conducting glass-engineering projects. Through its network of regional manufacturing facilities and offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany the company provides reliably and promptly glass products with thermal and sound insulation, fire, sun and heat protection, injury and burglary safety and design to the (inter)national construction industry.
