Great stress is put on the straight edger for the processing of flat edge, FPS50M3B: a top of the line machine featuring variable angles from 0° to 45°- cerium oxide polishing on the edges and the arrisses. It works with glass thicknesses up to 55mm, and is specially suitable to medium or large glass companies for the production of mirrors, shelves for furniture, laminated glass, glass tables and stairs.
The standard model is equipped with a PLC touch screen to adjust the polishing wheels, thickness, working speed, mitering system, to input and display all working parameters including diagnosis of faults.
Under request, this model can be supplied with automatic diamond wheels.
