Schiavo’s PUMA automatic glass cutting tables are equipped with the best technological solutions

Schiavo’s PUMA automatic glass cutting tables, installed in glassworks worldwide, are equipped with the best technological solutions as standard. Schiavo also produces a successful line of manual service tables, which can either complete its automatic cutting tables or function as stand-alone breaking tables.

Thanks to years of experience in the production of automatic glass cutting tables, Schiavo is continuing to install its PUMA series in glassworks worldwide.

The motors are digitally-controlled brushless motors by Yaskawa Electric and the electronic components are supplied by top brands, such as Siemens and Schneider Electric.
The CNC is supplied by a high-tech Italian company and the mechanic components are from Italian and German suppliers.
During the production process, every phase is carefully checked, from the sturdy steel structure to the flatness of the pane of glass, measured with optical instruments, to the final assembly, programming and thorough testing of the machine.
The optimization software is Perfect Cut, supplied by RO, which is very simple, fast and user-friendly, the best software available for reducing waste glass to the very minimum, among other features.
A key role in the success of the Schiavo cutting tables is the personalized remote assistance service free of charge for the first 12 months, this means a big plus for customers who don’t have immediate access to a highly specialized technician nearby and don’t want to wait for days or even weeks to get their cutting table working again, maybe for a simple software issue or an electronic configuration problem.
