By dividing the work steps into external and internal processing, the cycle time is significantly accelerated and, at the same time, operation, maintenance and reliability are improved. The new GLX grinds and polishes the outer edges of all glasses with a straight set-up edge at extreme speed while maintaining the highest quality. By means of a water cushion, the grinding head follows the glass surface in a highly dynamic way, otherwise there is no mechanical contact with the front side.
The well-known MRX has been optimized in many details and handles double-sided drilling, counterboring, but also highly dynamic edge and surface cut-outs without any restrictions.
