Selas Heat Technology has announced that Jeff Malarik has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, North America. Malarik will assume sales and marketing leadership responsibilities for all Selas brands, including Webster Combustion (boiler burners, Winfield KS). The addition of Malarik to the Selas brand family is a very important step in accelerating the strategic growth plans of the company. Malarik is a hands-on senior executive with 29 years of experience in engineering, product management, marketing and sales management. He has held positions of increasing responsibility at Eaton Corporation, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, The Stanley Works, Atlas Copco and other respectable companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University. His exceptional communication and presentation skills have contributed to a history of sales and market growth in mature industries through cultivation of direct sales force and distributor networks.
