In addition to an updated design and much more intuitive navigation, the new site, at www.selas.com, has built-in features intended to make it easy for visitors to find the products that match their applications and quickly request help or a quotation. The site was designed for users who may not know exactly what type of burner or combustion products they need, but know what they need to accomplish.
The unique Burner Finder allows a visitor to select an industry and an application and instantly display product results that match the search criteria. Each product intro links to a detailed page with performance data and specifications. From here, users can click a link to “Get More Info or A Quote”. This connects the product to the site’s “inquiry cart” system, which populates a form with selected products, much like a shopping cart, but for the purpose of requesting information or a quotation instead.
The new website is one more step in Selas’ effort to make more accessible its extensive line of high performance combustion products and technologies and to re-energize its position in the thermal processing industry. In the coming year, additional improvements and new product offerings will be introduced to meet the demands of the marketplace.
