Pasabahce’s talks to acquire shares in Arc International have been concluded with no offer, according to a filing by Sisecam in the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Sisecam’s Pasabahce unit, which makes tableware and home furnishings, has ended talks to acquire shares in Arc International.
The Pasabahce unit had previously signed a non-disclosure agreement with regards to the non-binding talks held between the two companies.
These talks have been concluded with no offer, according to a filing by Sisecam in the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
