The company already has a joint venture with Nanjing Chemical Industries, a unit of China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. (SNP), known as Sinopec, for the operation of the NCI soda ash plant in Lianyungang. “We are envisaging other possibilities”, Christian Jourquin told Belgian daily L“Echo.
