Ireland“s South Wharf plc said 15 February 2005 that The High Court ruled against the company in its action challenging the refusal of Dublin Port Company to grant a change of use from glass manufacturing to port warehousing for South Wharf“s property at Ringsend, Dublin. South Wharf, formerly known as Ardagh Glass, intends to continue its glass related activities at the Ringsend property in accordance with the user requirements of the current leases. There is no minimum level of activity specified in such leases. The South Wharf Board said it would consider in detail the implications of the High Court decision.
