Sparklike Oy introduces its new turnkey Sparklike Online™ system
At this year’s glasstec, Sparklike will demonstrate its new turnkey Sparklike Online™ system that enables IG-line integrated and non-destructive measurement of argon concentration for triple- and double-glazed insulating glass units.
Sparklike Oy introduces its new turnkey Sparklike Online™ system that enables IG-line integrated and non-destructive measurement of argon concentration for triple- and double-glazed insulating glass units, also through coatings and laminated glass. Sparklike Online™ is developed and manufactured in Finland.
Sparklike Online™ is a turnkey solution that is integrated directly into the insulating glass line. This innovative system is based on Sparklike’s patented and proprietary technology. With Sparklike Online™, the IG manufacturers are able to confirm the proper functioning of the gas press, in an automated way – something that was not possible before. Finally, the use of Sparklike Online™ ensures that the end-user receives an IGU with the gas concentration that complies with industry norms, regulations, as well as customer expectations.
An operating Sparklike Online™ will be demonstrated at this year’s glasstec event, held in Düsseldorf 23-26 October 2018, where visitors will have the possibility to test out Sparklike’s entire product range in hall 14, Stand B38.

Similar installations have already been realised with our Sparklike Laser™ measuring components, but now everything is available ready-made, including installation, commissioning and training,” says Mauri Saksala, Sales Director of Sparklike Oy.
“The Sparklike Online™’s dimensions and speed are compatible with all kinds of IG-lines and the level of integration can be adapted based on the customer’s needs and product line requirements.
