Stoelzle Glass opens a production unit in France for Premium Spirits

The group intends to reduce its carbon footprint by having a factory closer to its customers

One year after the opening of its sales office in Cognac, Stoelzle Glass Group is getting closer to its spirits customers by opening a production line in its French plant in Masnières (59/Hauts-de-France).

Seizing the opportunity of the refurbishment of its furnace, Stoelzle Masniéres Parfumerie has created a 5th line that will be able to meet the growing needs of the French premium spirits market. This line will be operational at the beginning of March 2021. It will produce extra white glass with 10 percent PCR (recycled glass).

The group intends to reduce its carbon footprint by having a factory closer to its customers. The site makes available to the premium spirits market its expertise and know-how in the manufacture of top-of-the-range bottles for perfumery and cosmetics.

The ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 -certified factory has its own decoration site with all the main finishing techniques. Soon it will be able to sublimate decanters with the New Radiating Glass process (phosphorescent decoration) and the Quali Glass Coat (eco-friendly powder coating).

With its rich history serving the luxury packaging sector, the Masnières factory has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label.

The entire team dedicated to Premium Spirits is now ready to study all new carafe and bottle projects with its customers and will be delighted to welcome them to the site as soon as possible.
