The 2023 edition of GlassBuild America was the largest in more than a decade featuring 481 exhibiting companies occupying 188,300 net square feet. The event drew more than 8,700 participants as it celebrated its 20th year.
GlassBuild 2023 drew participants from all 50 states of the USA, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, as well as attendees from Canada and 65 other countries.
“In Atlanta last week, we celebrated 20 years of GlassBuild America, delivering on our promise to bring buyers and sellers together for 2.5 days of incredible energy and connection-making,” said Nicole Harris, president & CEO of the National Glass Association. “Next year we head to Dallas for the first time, and judging from the non-stop exhibitor sign-ups and attendee buzz last week, GlassBuild America 2024 is looking like another record-breaking show.”
GlassBuild 2023 also hosted the 17th NGA Glazing Executives Forum, and featured education and events on the GlassBuild Main Stage. The popular Annual Construction Economic Outlook presented by Connar Lokar of ITR Economics was open to all GlassBuild attendees, sponsored by NGA in recognition of its 75th anniversary.
Other important sessions included Building Business and Community through DEIB, Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, Women in Glass and Fenestration: Flexibility and Gender Diversity, and Need-to-Know Code and Regulatory Updates. A rodeo-themed party to hype GlassBuild 2024 in Dallas closed out the event.
The next GlassBuild America will take place September 30 to October 2, 2024, at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.
