Taiwan Glass Industrial is setting up a joint venture with Teco Group for the production of vacuum glass.
Taiwan Glass Industrial Corp. has announced that it is setting up a USD 10 million joint venture with Teco Group, an industrial motors and household electronics manufacturer, for the production of vacuum glass at the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park.
According to the agreement between the two companies, Taiwan Glass will hold 65% of the venture, while Teco will hold the remainder. The facility is expected to start production in the fourth quarter of 2012.
