The first Mazzaroppi Sales Meeting of 2024 was not only a commercial alignment event but also an opportunity to enhance the skills of the sales network: it was an occasion for the company to train its sales team on various topics.
The themes covered during the intense two-day event held at the company’s headquarters in Aprilia, LT, Italy, ranged from energy efficiency (the core of Mazzaroppi’s design philosophy) to marketing, with a distinctly hands-on approach.
“We place great importance on training our team,” said Federico Mazzaroppi, Marketing Manager at the company, “and we believe it is essential for each of our sales representatives to test our ovens first-hand, see how they are constructed, and try them out with different types and thickness of glass.
“For this reason, we have scheduled several dates that will involve Mazzaroppi agents worldwide. Starting as a family business, the relationships we have with all the people who work with us are very important to us.
