A new vision for the North American market has led Tecglass to expand its commercial and logistical services. As leading company in the supply of integral Turn-Key digital printing solutions, Tecglass is proud to announce the establishment of a new business unit in the United States. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in the global expansion efforts of the company and reaffirms its commitment to serving customers and partners in the North American market.
Following the recent incorporation to the Fenzi Group of AGT Advanced Glass Technologies – a global provider of special glass enamels and precious metal pastes – Tecglass will be implementing a business unit head-quartered in the existing facilities of AGT, in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, USA. This new step in the strategical expansion of Tecglass will allow the company to be directly operating and servicing all customers from the location aforementioned, supplying their complete range of ceramic inks, consumables and spare parts directly from the North American territory, giving a qualitative leap in service commitment to customers.
Sales organization is a crucial step in adapting to evolving market conditions, customer preferences and business goals. Consequently, due to the termination of a contractual relationship with IGE GLASS TECHNOLOGIES – former exclusive distributor – all commercial relationships will be established directly between Tecglass and the end customer, in order to continue improving sales strategies and to be able to present customers with more competitive projects by having the ability to operate directly in the U.S.
Gustavo Lázara, Area Manager for NA, will continue to be Tecglass’ responsible for the market with the support of the existing commercial network available through the Fenzi Group and AGT Advanced Glass Technologies.
