Thermoseal Group is an International Fast Track 200 business

Sunday Times HSBC International Tack 200 league has ranked Thermoseal Group no.41 in the league of businesses with fastest-growing international sales.

As published in the ninth annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league table, Thermoseal Group, the UK’s leading warm edge spacer manufacturer and supplier of over 2,500 insulated glass (IG) components has been ranked no.41 in the league of businesses with fastest-growing international sales.
Sunday Times HSBC International Tack 200 league table was published on Sunday 10 June 2018 and ranks Britain’s mid-market (total sales of GBP 25m+ and international sales of GBP 1m+) private companies with the fastest growing international sales over the past two years. The 200 companies include well-known names from sports car manufacturer Aston Martin and fashion retailer White Stuff to coffee house chain Caffé Nero and craft beer maker BrewDog. As published, Thermoseal Group has achieved annual international sales growth over two years of an impressive 79.46% increase (the average was 62%) supplying to over 27 countries in five continents.
“We are both surprised and delighted to reach no. 41 in a league with some of the UK’s best-performing businesses,” says Gwain Paterson. He continues: “Despite fears associated with Brexit, our sales of Thermobar and Thermoflex Warm Edge products have seen significant growth in export markets. With the uncertainty in the UK market, we are extremely pleased with our export successes to date and intend to continue to grow our technical centre and production facility with the aim of innovating further new products and manufacturing processes specifically designed to meet our customers’ needs.
“The purchase of the stock and assets of the DecraLed portfolio of products has seen expansion of our decorative manufacturing in both our Wigan site and also at our lead manufacturing base in Kent. These products are popular worldwide and we will continue to invest in developing them further to ensure that they remain market-leading products and help to ensure our continued growth in international sales. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their continued hard work and commitment and thanks to our customers for their continued support.”
