Thermoseal Group releases video detailing the making of warm edge spacers

New edition of Thermoseal’s trade video explains how warm edge spacers are made and the benefits of warm edge technology

Birmingham-based warm edges spacer manufacturer Thermoseal Group has released a new edition of their trade video. The company feels the the revised adaption reflects their international growth and series of high-profile awards while showcasing the benefits of highest performance warm edge spacer systems Thermobar and Thermoflex.

Thermobar and Thermoflex warm edge spacers have achieved Bundesverband Flachglas (BF) thermal ratings of 0.14W/mK and 0.135W/mK respectively and have available BF data sheet Psi values for windows and façade profiles.
Both products also achieve Passive House Institute phA+ ratings. All products are proven within Thermoseal Group’s own EN1279 test centre before being submitted and achieving highest-performance independent test results.
The company also manufacture a wide range of bespoke components in their in-house injection moulding division to flush-fit with their spacer systems.
