We recently employed 11 new people in our factories to stay ahead of demand and we are now recruiting some higher-level positions including a Site Engineer and IT Systems Surveyor, for the same reason. Tradelink employs lean manufacturing in all of its production facilities which means we genuinely work with all of our employees to identify any opportunities to expand before we need to, so our customers get the uninterrupted high level of product quality and service they have come to expect from us.
