Triulzi Cesare Special Equipments is launching the new line SURF for curved glass in symmetrical and asymmetrical way. A Triulzi patented innovative concept, able to satisfy every need for curved glass to achieve the highest level of washing and drying.
Completely in stainless steel, SURF has an innovative proofed shell design with inspection hublot. The washing is composed of a unique circuit complete with brushes for the washing of both surfaces of glass and is completed by a “easy-maintenance” tank, to facilitate all cleaning operations. The drying is through blowers that adjust automatically their distance in function to the thickness to obtain the perfect drying finishing edges.
The new SURF line is equipped with a 4.0 industry kit as:
- Teleservice connected to TRIULZI premises to monitor and control all the automated parts of the line
- as well as water parameters and file data receipt record.
Every SURF line is custom-made by the Triulzi team to respond to the needs of each individual customer.
