Troostwijk Auctions announced that as a consequence of the bankruptcy of Electric Glass Fiber NL bv in Westerbroek, the Netherlands, a complete E-boost heating system for a glass furnace, including a cooling water system, is available for sale. The system was installed by Eurotherm Scheider Electric in 2018, but has not been put into operation.
Scope of supply includes: furnace E-boosting system including cast resin transformer, 12 and 6 zones boosting cabinet, switch cabinets, water cooled transformers, electrode and molybdenum rod holders and cooling water system for furnace E-boosting

Batch house sale
Troostwijk is also holding a tender sale of a complete batch house/silopark used for raw materials in order to produce glass for glass fibre production.
The batch house is situated on the plant of NEG in Westerbroek, the Netherlands and contains 19 silos, multiple screw-conveyors, 2 multi head weigher (30 kilogram), 2 multi head weigher (2,000 kilogram), 2 mixing/sending vessels, various piping and 2 operation rooms.
Capacity for the total batch house is 6,000 to 10,000 tonnes
