The Ukraine“s Antimonopoly Committee has given the go-ahead for the Uglass Holdings Limited Company (Cyprus) to buy more than 50% of Biomedsklo Company (Zhytomyr), the committee said in a statement. Uglass Holdings specializes in investment operations. Biomedsklo produces glass containers for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The company“s statutory fund is UAH 0.254 million. According to data from the Agency for the Development of Stock Market Infrastructure, Bazys Company owns 15.86% of Biomedsklo, Luksor Company owns 10%, and the remainder is owned by individuals.
