With the support of new shareholders Apollo and BPI, who are known as responsible and experienced long term investors, Verallia expanding its position as a key partner on the world market. The key strategy is to bring forward the worth of glass packaging as innovative material by reflecting all customer and consumer requirements in terms of quality as well as social and ecological responsibility.
It is a completely stand-alone manufacturing group, one of the world’s leading glass packaging businesses. Their 10,000 employees in 45 countries are focused on the future, on innovation, on operational excellence to listen and be of service at all times. This change will have no impact on the day-to-day relations.
