This year’s Root Cause Analysis (RCA) competition, part of International Quality Day, brought together Verallia teams from around the world.
The challenge? To present the best RCA conducted following a customer complaint or an internal issue.
And the 2024 winner is: VIT Gazzo Veronese, Verallia Italia. Their proactive approach to RCA, initiatives in addressing safety issues and rapid diagnostics made them the winners of this new edition.
