The Board of Directors of Vetropack Holding Ltd. has handed over the leadership of Business Division Switzerland/Austria to Johann Reiter. This business division consists of the Swiss company Vetropack Ltd. and Vetropack Austria GmbH. Reiter, who has also been appointed a member of the Management Board, has extensive experience in the steel industry on an international scale and is set to take up his new post at Vetropack on 1 November 2010. Eduard Steininger, head of Finance for Business Division Switzerland/Austria, has been responsible for the operational management of the business division on an interim basis since Rudolf Schraml passed away.
