View now has a new Vice President of Worldwide Sales – Jim Miller, an LED industry veteran, who comes to View with 25 years of experience in technology sales and marketing.
View Inc., a leader in dynamic glass, announced that Jim Miller, an LED industry veteran, is joining the company as its Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Miller brings extensive experience driving global commercialization of innovative technology-oriented products in wide-ranging industries.
“View has successfully executed our product vision, production scale-up and initial deployment for our View Dynamic Glass system. We are now ready for the next stage of commercial development and are thrilled to have Jim as part of the team,” said Dr. Rao Mulpuri, CEO of View, Inc. “Jim is a strong leader with a proven track record in building sales organizations and driving market adoption of new technology; we are excited to have him on board to lead the next stage in our development.”
Miller comes to View with 25 years of experience in technology sales and marketing. Most recently he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Bridgelux, an LED lighting company. Prior to that, he served as the President and CEO of TerraLUX Inc. Previously, Miller held the position of Vice President of Global Geographic Sales at Philips Lumileds. In addition to his experience in the LED industry, Miller spent 18 years in the data storage industry in various sales and marketing leadership roles with industry-leading companies such as Iomega, Conner Peripherals, Adaptec, Maxtor and LeftHand Networks.
