Westcountry Glass celebrates 5th anniversary

Westcountry Glass, part of the Cornwall Glass Group, recently celebrated its fifth anniversary during which Westcountry’s branch manager Gareth Parry present the group’s director Mark Norcliffe a copy of the largest production batch of the year, thanking all colleagues for their hard work over the past five years.

Double celebrations were held at Westcountry Glass in Saltash, Cornwall. Westcountry Glass, part of the Cornwall Glass Group celebrated its fifth year of trading in July where in these past five years they have firmly placed themselves as the South West’s leading sealed unit supplier.
The anniversary was a double celebration as the month of June was the best sales month in the history of Westcountry Glass and during the last five years the branch has seen an increase in sales of almost 100%. With a team of 38 colleagues, the introduction of new shifts allowing production from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and new software and machinery have maximised the efficiency of sales, production and dispatch processes.
Westcountry Glass prides itself on being able to offer the widest possible range of products for the home improvement, commercial and joinery markets throughout the South West of England. With both Edgetech Super Spacer Warm Edge and Solid Warm Edge spacers, it is able to offer a full range of high performance double and triple glazed units.
Heritage Glass, its range of Slim High Performance Double Glazed Units for the joinery market, are now in the fourth year of production and manufacturing is headed up by a specialist team to maintain the high quality of this handmade product. Krypton Gas filling is available and the new 8mm Warm edge Spacer can achieve a U value of 1.2 W/m2k.
Westcountry Glass is now optimistically looking forward to the next five years and beyond.
