WGA announces 2013 Officers and Board of Directors

The Washington Glass Association has elected its officers and board of directors for 2013 made up of glass industry veterans from glass company members of the association.

The Washington Glass Association (WGA) has announced its 2013 elected officers and board of directors. As of 1 March 2013 Bill Coady, of Guardian Industries Corp. will be president, Bernie Thueringer of Pacific Glass, Inc., who has been in the glass industry for over 35 years, will be past president and Amy Anderson of Atlas Supply Inc., working in the glass industry for 21 years, will be vice president. Jon Larson of Larson Glass Company Inc. – with 13 years’ experience in glass – will be WGA’s secretary and Ed Howell of Hartung Glass, who has held a series of WGA board positions in his 26 years in the glass industry, will be the organization’s treasurer. Maryanne Howell, who has served as executive director of the WGA, will continue to hold this position.
In addition, the 2013 directors are Peter Barnhart of Pacific Glass & Door, Bud Henson of Window Tech, Inc., Richard Sorrells of Brower Tinting and Graphics, Norm Stow of Herzog Glass Inc. and Gary Towndrow of RGA Architectural Sales.
