WinDoorEX Middle East 2012: third international Exhibition Specialized on “Windows, Doors, Façades”

WinDoorEx Middle East 2012 – to be held concurrently WinTech Middle East 2012 – will have a significant 23% increase in size as well as 11.6% in exhibitors and 21.2% in visitor numbers compared with the launch show in 2010.

WinDoorEx Middle East – the Middle East’s largest trade show for products of Doors, Windows, Façades, Glazing, Components and Prefabricated Units – will take place 12-14 April 2012 at the Cairo International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Egypt.
Despite the wave of uprisings and revolutionary demonstrations in Egypt and several Arab countries, WinDoorEx Middle East is growing steadily and strongly. The three-day trade fair will have a significant 23% increase in size, as well as 11.6% in exhibitors and 21.2% in visitor numbers, compared with the launch show in 2010.
The Middle East annual growth rate, and the construction sector, which was estimated at around 20% from 2010 to 2014, will also benefit from the many hi-tech architectural projects scheduled for the coming years. These projects are characterized by flawless design and refined materials. Furthermore, the growth of domestic and foreign investments in the construction and fenestration industry in Egypt over the last three years has led to the increase of the window and door market as well as flat glass usage.
WinDoorEx Middle East 2012 offers particularly good market opportunities as consumers opt for new construction or to upgrade existing residential structures. PVC window manufacturers have begun selling to the door industry, previously dominated by wood door manufacturers. A similar change is underway with aluminium door manufacturers selling to commercial buildings and expanding into high-end luxury residences.
WinDoorEx Middle East 2012 will be held concurrently WinTech Middle East 2012 – the international trade exhibition for machineries, components, accessories, tools and solutions related to the fenestration industry.
