KYP has an R & D & I team on
a permanent basis, which allows
us to live the continuous evolution
of our products. This evolution is
also facilitated thanks to many of
our customers with their observa-
tions. The only way to be at the top
is to always listen to clients.
Continuous research is a maxim
at KYP, which has always allowed
us to be a spearhead in our mar-
ket sector. Being able to offer our
clients the advantages that tech-
nology gives, allowing the have
production of the best ampoules at
the lowest cost and with maximum
productivity is another highly pos-
itive aspect.
AFTER SALES SERVICE IS
FUNDAMENTAL
KYP considers that relation-
ships with clients is not finished
when the sale is done, but the
opposite: it is the beginning.
Our after sales service is in per-
manent contact with our clients,
since we believe that the better our
client is doing, the better we will be.
This is not just a way of speaking,
it’s a philosophy we firmly believe
in and our day to day is based on
that. We are available for our clients
almost 24 hours a day, facilitating
the contact with our technicians -
some of them with more than 25
years of expertise and experience
in the production of ampoules
- who can also be contacted by
mobile, as we know that working
hours are not always the same,
and thus, help may be needed at
any time.
COMPANY TIMELINE
1992
The company was created by
Raul Paz Fernandez, current
Director at KYP. The decision
was made following a market
study made in several countries.
During this first stage, KYP only
supplied spares.
